Ok Guys,

This is from my 2008 opening morning of Turkey season. We had set our decoys out at the intersection of two pulpwood roads on my lease. I started calling while the birds were still on the roost. 4 Longbeards flew down about 300 yards from me and literally ran down the road to me with 1 bird strutting all the way. My buddy was video taping the hunt and the birds got on top of us so fast he got pinned down and could not move the camera into position to capture the birds until after the shot. The entire hunt was over at about 7am after only 10 minutes of calling. Anyway, we were able to capture the critical shot! Here's the YouTube link:

That's awesome. I have one bird under my belt and I'm hooked. Looking forward to learning more.

Yeah that was a nice video. Looked like a decent bird too. Kinda nice sometimes when they just come right to you!

I have about 50 different calls I guess. I was using a Primos True Double mouth call and a Cody slate friction pot type call. I'll post another hunt I taped in 2007 that actually had the bird on camera strutting between my decoys when I knocked him over.
