I'm thinking of starting a poll just to see how many of the folks on the forum would help with a petition to get the use of a "Red Light" introduced again in the state legislature. We here in the east are losing out on some valuable hunting by not being able to use a light to hunt coyotes at night. For that matter, the Bobcat and Fox population has increased to the point that we should push them to be included in the electronic call bracket. Just thinking out loud. The reason we have the current laws is due to the proactive approach that dog hunters have taken over the past 30 years against trapping fox etc. The squeaking wheel normally gets greased! If we as an "organization, and I use that term with care" put forth a concerted effort to motivate our fearless leaders in Raleigh, we can make things happen.
