2 lbs ground deer meat
1 can rotelle
1 large can diced tomatos
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
1 small bottle ketchup
1 tbs Worchestershire sauce

Brown meat with onions and peppers and then add all other ingredients. Add enough water to prevent sticking. Cook on medium heat until onions and peppers are tender.
Salt and pepper to taste

Great Chili!!

Rotelle comes in a variety of heat levels. The original is about right for most folks.

It does sound good. My wife has a basic chili recipe that sounds a lot like this.

Mustang asked me to start a recipe forum and I thought he was talking about reloading recipes. He straightened me out and I figured I had better get on the stick if I wanted him to invite me on a hunt.

It is one of the best I've tried. many folks don't care for the strong chili powder taste you get with chili mixes. The chili beans and rotelle add just enough chili flavor and heat to make it just right.

I read a post on another forum the other day by someone who said he wouldn't dream of putting tomatos in chili! Is it just me or is that insane?

I use tomato sauce in my chili but chunks of tomato is a "no go"!!!
