How to cook mallards

I was just wondering if any of you guys have got a good way to cook ducks. I was given about a half dozen mallards this morning by my boss. I have cooked them before by just baking them in the oven like you would bake a chicken and it turned out ok. I just figured that maybe I would try something different this time.

i always liked the "orange"sauce on a baked mallard.you make it with orange marmalade and honey.go to the cooks.com website and you can probably find a couple good recipes.
