Here is a free ranging Aoudad I shot in 2002 on a buds ranch near my home town in West Texas. The Aoudad are everywhere and most ranchers consider them a neusense (tearing down fence, competing for food etc). It made for a nice mount and is currently in my living room.
22-250 to the neck drops them every time. It was the same ranch and same 22-250 that I shot my Mtn Lion with. The rifle belonged to my bud and that was my first experience with a 22-250.
