Here is a free ranging Aoudad I shot in 2002 on a buds ranch near my home town in West Texas. The Aoudad are everywhere and most ranchers consider them a neusense (tearing down fence, competing for food etc). It made for a nice mount and is currently in my living room.
22-250 to the neck drops them every time. It was the same ranch and same 22-250 that I shot my Mtn Lion with. The rifle belonged to my bud and that was my first experience with a 22-250.

I have a good buddy who was medically retired due to injuries sustained in Iraq a few years ago and I just got him an Aoudad hunt on the same ranch where I shot this one. Can't wait to hear the results and see the pictures. It'll be in mid Jan. I'll post the results.

nice ram... good to see we have another 22-250 convert... love mine for all kinds of hunting... takin it for deer the end of the month... just had shoulder surgery the 23rd of November and don't need nor want the recoil of a heavier rifle... 64gr Winchester bullets ahead of a healthy charge of Varget will git-er-done... these are shot outta a 1-12" twist barrel as the standard 1-14 won't normally stabilize that heavy a bullet...
