I was just wondering if anybody has a place where I can pattern my shotgun. They last time I tried I was at Flatwoods. They told me to stop after 2 shells. I would like to check my pattern for predators, and the upcoming Turkey Season. Flatwoods said that the shot from the shot shells, tears up the target frames too much. So if anyone has an area to shoot or knows of an area where I can do some patterning, I would love to hear from you. I am looking to shoot out to maybe 40-50 yards right now. I have 2 loads I would like to check on maybe 3. I have the Winchester Supreme High Velocity Copper Plated #5s and Remington Nitro Turkey load in #4's. I am looking at getting a box of either the Hevi-Shot Turkey load, or the Remington Duplex 4x6 load. Anyone have any suggestions?

OK, Thank you. I will give you a call then. I really do appreciate it. It is such a pain in the butt at Flatwoods. You would think they would want you to successfully sight in your firearms properly. Who knows. Thank you again! You are much appreciated.

Yup, a buddy at work tonight just told me that Flatwoods is going under! Not sure about the range part or if it is just the gun shop.

They closed down their archery shop about a month ago. I can't stand it that business close to base charge more because they know they can sucker us due to lack of options. Well looks like I need to find a new place to shoot. Any body got any ideas?
