Couple of questions for those in the know.
1. Does a raccoon qualify for a predator?
2. What does everyone do with the of a coyote, bobcat, fox, raccoon?
I only ask because some of the trappers sell some of the skins. I also ask because on three or four occasions...in years past...I have seen fox and coyote on the hunting club, but left them alone. Never saw a bobcat in the wild and well...all sorts of sign from raccoons. Been thinking of getting some traps (I know should prolly go on the Trapping forum) but if I had an opportunity to 'ding' one I might do it. We have both turkey and quail on the lease....with only a few sightings of quail and turkey all the time IN OFF SEASON...LOL! I reckon dem der raccons and foxes ate dem quails and quail eggs. Would shore nuff like to get into dem quail sometime if dem coveys was too get bigger.
