That little Henry Mini Bolt Youth is a trip! Doghunter got to shoot it the last time we had it out.

The oldest does well. He's still learning about "trigger control" but then again so are most adults! The youngest just like to hear it go "bang".

Looks like ya'll had a ball. The coolest thing is that they will remember this type of activity with their Dad when they are eighty years old. I still remember my first hunting trip with my Dad when I was about five years old. He held the shotgun and I pulled the trigger. Shot a robin, took him home, and my Dad showed me how to clean him. My Mom baked him in the over and I ate him for supper. Looked just like a little tiny chicken.

It is always good to take the little ones out shooting! We got our oldest, 5 yrs, a Crickett .22. He thinks it's the greatest!.
