I am looking for any info on what size scope would be recommended for my 91/30?

I put a 3x9x40 BSA scope on my 91/30 and it worked out great. Every time I put the cross hairs on a deer this past deer season a deer died.

mainly goes to what "you like yourself" i would think.some people like the 40mm objective lenses,some like a 50mm or 56mm.i myself like the 50mm's so i would probably use the 3x9x50 bushnell banner dusk&dawn myself.have several of those scopes and like them alot,and the price tag won't destroy your wallet either.
