h29 starts july 1st this is so awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and crossbows allowed for deer hunting during archery season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While several of these will make it into law in July, they are merely proposals agreed on by the WRC at their March meeting. They must go before the state legislature before being enacted into law. Some of the controversial proposals will meet some opposition from state senators and representatives based on complaints from their constituents and might not be signed into law.

I may be wrong but I didn't see anything about rifles all year in the gamelands, hell I didn't see many of the changes that were voted on. Did anyone else see this?

It was just brought to my attention that there is a new rule. No matter how many people vote yes on a proposed reg, it only takes 10 people to write a letter and complain and it's put on hold for a year. The NCBS killed the two week muzzleloader season and the use of crossbows, hunting on Sunday was killed, as well as many others. Look at your new regs books, not much has changed. Its amazing that it only takes 10. Why the hell do they let us vote then? Info was shown to me on a print out taken from moosedroppings.com

Pretty much since the NCBHA raised so much hell about the crossbow and muzzleloader season regs, they **** canned everything for a year. The voice of many silenced by a few.
