Fellas, there is still enough interest for a "meet and greet". I talked to Doghunter and we will both be out there at 1000. If you want to show up then come on out. The map will be reposted. Bring your guns if you want and if you want to bring food and drinks then bring that too.

If you can't make it, you can't make it. There is no need to make a post about it. If you CAN make it then please RSVP with a simple "I will be there" in this thread.

If there are any questions left unanswered please PM me and I will get them answered.

If you are using a GPS, the address is 1821 Cypress Creek Rd. Do not try to use Google Maps with that address or you will be in the wrong location way down the road. You will be turning off of Cypress Creek Rd. onto a dirt/gravel road that leads to my range. You will go past a home on the left with several buildings and turkey houses on the left. You will go thru a galvanized cattle gate for about 1 mile to the range. I will hang flagging ribbon by the highway at the turnoff.

Thanks Doghunter for the "greet and meet". Great turn out, I thought. Thanks Mustang for the brisket and thanks to everybody else who was there. It was great meeting you guys. All of you are a bunch of fine people just like I thought. Next time, I'll bring the right powder and some greased patches for the flintlock, plus more guns and ammo. Thanks again.

Thank you everyone for helping make it happen by being there. I would like to thank all of you who came for your interest and participation. It was a great start for our first gathering. Mustang and I both took some pictures. The guns, fellowship and food were all outstanding! We saw everything shot from .22 to 45-70, M1-A1, Mosin, Shotguns, Pistols, 7mm Rem Mag, .308, 22.250, .223, 300 Ultra Mag, you name it! Every category of firearms was pretty well represented. Thanks to Angel for some great homemade apple and cherry pie and to USMCChanzel's wife for the peach cobbler! Thanks also to those who prepared food and provided the drinks etc. to make this even more enjoyable. Thanks to Mustang for helping to co-ordinate the shoot! We will do it again soon.

Terrific day, for sure! I'm grateful that you were able to order up such fantastic weather!! I'll be ready when we can do it again!
