o.k. as we all know there are all sorts of great advances in modern technology thru the years,cell phones-computers-gps-text messages-emails-satellites-rockets-battleships so on and so forth.with all this technology we have in todays world and with all the advances in and with everything that there is today,can somebody please tell me why they can not make a pair of socks that will stay up!!!DANG!

Ya sound like me and hospital gowns. We've been to the moon and back some 40 odd years ago and we still cannot make a gown that doesn't show half of what we own! So I am with ya! LOL!

My favorite thing is to put on a nice pair of boots, walk to my tree stand, climb 30 feet in the air, then realize the boots have eaten my socks and they are under my heel!

I have had the same problem with every pair of rubber boots I bought and most leather boots unless they are lace up. I bought a pair of Justin cowboy boots a few years ago and have never had a problem with socks slipping down. Don't know if they'd work for you or not though. I keep them oiled up good and they are fairly water resistant unless I'm walking through standing water.
