T/C Arms has announced and released two new rifle variations off of the Icon. One being the Precision Hunter. Looks great. Should be a shooter too. T/C does make great firearms. The Precision Hunter is chambered in: .204 Ruger, .223 Rem., .22-250 Rem., .243 Win., and .308 Win.
Has a 22 Inch Heavy Barrel, Varmint style stock. 3 Round Single Stack Magazine. 60 degree bolt lift for faster cycling of the bolt and to facilitate clearance for scopes. 1 MOA accuracy guaranteed. Just found the anticipated retail list price according to a press release made by T/C Arms on January 15th, 2009, $1,149. Check it out.

Here is the other variation called the Venture. Designed as an ICON on a budget. It still has many features of the original ICON but is according to Greg Ritz the Pres./CEO of T/C Arms with an MSRP of $500. That will be a nice rifle for that price. It could probably be had for a little less than $450 street price. It is an all blue 24 inch barrel /composite black stock. It is chambered in the great: .270 Win., .30-06 Spring., .300 Win Mag., and the 7mm Rem Mag. 60 degree bolt lift for faster cycling of the bolt and to facilitate clearance for scopes. 1 MOA Accuracy is guaranteed. Here it is.

Nissan, The press release said $1,149! A little up there. TC makes great rifles though. Great barrels. They are using 5R Rifling like the Remington M24 Sniper system. Stabilizes bullets well. Just have to wait and see if someone does a review on it.
