Processing Wild Hogs

I have been thinking about doing some wild hog hunting. I was just wondering what technique to use to clean and process the animal. Do you scald them and scrape them like we did hogs years ago? I have heard of some people skinning them...what do you recommend?

hey there,i skin my hogs the same way i do deer.elimanates a lot of unwanted fat and i found it to be easier for me to do it that way by myself,you know the one man band.
