since the post and links are here, I'll infer comments are welcome.

I looked at the linked vids, and... I don't like them. I'd hate for a non-hunting friend to see them. Youtube videos showing does being shot in the head? Tacky, boys, very tacky.

no boys here....and tacky is on the other side of duct tape. those were all clean headshots. not to be rude, but this is a hunting forum. those deer didn't suffer. it might not look too pretty over a cup of tea and a crumpet, but, it is what it is. (edit) Hunting and the shooting of animals isn't always as pretty as what they show on the Outdoor channel. As to showing real video to non-hunters... not everyone has the stomach to hunt, to shoot an animal. It can be rather graphic, but it is, all the same, a reality. I would say, if there is a question of whether your non-hunting friends can handle it, my advice is, don't show it to them. watch something else with them, and keep the hunting vids and such, in your personal life.

i didn't post the links to the videos for any non hunters to see,i do not know why there would be any non-hunters on this website to begin with.i simply put these on here[ and stated so in my thread] to show "the way i like to do it" and it truelly is the way i like to harvest a doe!very clean, ethical kill shot!no meat destroyed, which is a plus in my book!personally,i love those shoulders in the oven and prefer one without a bullet hole!
